How can you make an impact?

As a Sr. User Experience Designer, AI , you will play a crucial role in shaping the design of various digital products and services at McGraw Hill. Your responsibilities will include translating high-level requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. You\'ll collaborate with agile teams, champion design guidelines, and contribute to a culture of creativity. Your goal is to craft beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces that make a meaningful impact on education.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This position is open to 25% travel throughout the year.

What you will be doing :

• Develop stakeholder requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Practice User-Centered Design concepts and foster a culture of creativity.
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain a big picture awareness.
• Utilize and provide feedback for the design system consistently.
• Design WCAG 2.1 compliant interfaces that are intuitive and usable by a diverse user base.
• Work efficiently with agile teams to create mockups and specifications for developers.
• Partner with researchers to conduct user research and iterate designs based on findings.
• Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends.

The pay range for this position is between $74,200 - $120,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan is provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and / or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
