Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Communications Department .This new role will be based in our Austin , TX branch and will expand our regional marketing efforts to support business growth. You'll craft compelling presentations, collateral, proposals, and campaigns to strengthen our multi-channel go-to-market approach. Additionally, you'll spearhead the planning and coordination of impactful client-facing events and industry tradeshows.

Working closely with subject matter experts, business development, and regional operations teams you will adapt national marketing strategies for local markets, boosting engagement, growth, and presence in key territories.

This position requires a strategic mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives-all within a fast-paced environment supported by a collaborative and skilled marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Pursuits, Events, & Collateral

  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of events, trade shows, and new business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Business Development, Operations, Product Lines, and local / regional branches on marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
  • Align content and messaging with business goals, focusing on account-based marketing to support client engagement and national growth.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team on targeted campaigns across various channels, including website, email, social media, advertising, newsletter, and blog posts.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and client trends.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Lead regular marketing meetings with regional teams.
  • Support tracking major regional projects and opportunities and provide pursuit strategy and sales enablement resources.
  • Manage and create resumes, profiles, data sheets, etc.
  • Partner with clients and regional office teams to develop strong relationships and provide consistent, high-value solutions.
  • Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or a related role. (Corporate experience preferred).
  • Strong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
  • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in the construction or A / E / C industry is highly preferred.
  • Experience leading the development of sales enablement materials including qualifications, proposals, presentations, and similar marketing assets.
  • Experience working with or managing external marketing agencies.
  • Experience with Keynote, Canva, WordPress, CRM, SharePoint is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
