Job description

Position Overview :

Our Client is seeking a Technical Support Tech I professionals to support its data center operations team. This role provides hands-on technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues in a high-paced environment. Candidates must follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), prioritize tasks efficiently, and be proactive in keeping busy while resolving tickets.

Key Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution
Follow SOPs and escalate as needed
Maintain strong focus on priorities and workload balance

Qualifications :

Experience : 0–3 years in IT support or related field

Education : Associate’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Required Skills :

Deep hardware troubleshooting experience

Basic Linux and networking knowledge

Ability to follow SOPs and work independently

Preferred Experience :

Data center support

Geek Squad (Best Buy) or similar tech retail support experience
