Job description3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting within the higher education sector. 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Colleague Finance product. 2-3+ years of experience in training, implementation, or consulting roles. Proven project management skills with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage activities based on business impact. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to support diverse customer needs, from C-level leaders to project teams. A professional demeanor and a demonstration of core company values. Self-starter with enthusiasm, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a large team. Ability to travel onsite quarterly for consulting and implementation services.
