Details for the Production Technician in Chestertown, MD :

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 11 : 00pm-7 : 15am

Pay Rate : $17 / hour + $2 shift differential

Environment : Clean, organized, temperature-controlled production floor

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Production Technician in Chestertown, MD :

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing machines as a production technician
• Complete accurate documentation, quality checks, and performance records
• Assist with machine setup and participate in daily shift huddles
• Ensure all quality standards and production goals are met on time
• Transport materials using pallet jacks and follow all safety protocols
• Work efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Job Requirements for the Production Technician in Chestertown, MD :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skillset
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be 18 or older and willing to complete standard onboarding screenings
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
