Outpatient Physical Therapist Shift : Monday- Thursday 730A-5P & Friday 730A-12P Weekend REQ : no weekends Is on-call REQ? Radius rule? Yes, 60 miles. Are locals accepted? Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate Pending License accepted : SC PT or compact state license in hand at time of start RTO Restrictions : All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager's approval.
