As an ICHRA Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping small business clients adopt the Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) which is a flexible, cost-controlled, and employee-focused alternative to traditional group health insurance. Using modern digital technology and streamlined enrollment tools, you will guide employers through the process of designing, setting up, and administering an ICHRA. You'll introduce our solution to business owners, HR administrators, and key decision makers, helping them understand how an ICHRA can meet their needs while empowering employees with choice and cost transparency. You'll serve as a consultative partnereducating clients, supporting enrollment, and working proactively with internal partners to ensure a streamlined experience from start to finish.
Are you + Passionate about helping businesses adopt innovative benefits strategies + Tech-savvy with the ability to learn digital enrollment and administration tools + Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills + Comfortable working in a consultative, client-facing & partner-facing environments + Experience in benefits, health insurance, HR, or SaaS (preferred but not required)
What you'll do + Consult with small business prospects and existing clients about the benefits, structure, and setup of ICHRA plans + Conduct virtual meetings to walk clients through contribution strategies, employee classes, and onboarding workflows + Use digital tools to support client enrollment and ongoing configuration + Partner with payroll, technology, and benefits teams to ensure clients are properly supported + Maintain daily activity goals including outreach, follow-up, client consultations, and reporting + Provide a positive, solutions-oriented experience while representing a modern, tech-enabled benefits offering
