Must-Have :

Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit.

If the candidate passes the clinical review and meets guidelines, they will be sent for the final decision.

Manager will conduct interviews.

Candidates must be able to work Monday - Friday with no weekends.

Candidate may need to work on 2 of 3 major holidays as needed.

Candidate could care for COVID patients.

This is a tobacco and fragrance-free facility.

Description :

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy.

The candidate must possess a valid PT license in Pennsylvania or a compact license.

EPIC experience is required for this role.

The candidate will ideally be available to start working with a maximum of 7 days of requested time off.

There are no weekend shifts required.

While floating may be required, it will be limited to crossing county lines if patient care is deemed necessary.

The patient demographic includes adults and geriatrics.

The daily patient visits will be approximately 10, focusing on orthopedic, neuro, and geriatric conditions.

The role involves working within a collaborative team, focusing on patient assessment and implementing treatment plans.

Candidates should have experience with various therapeutic techniques and equipment for rehabilitation.

A strong emphasis will be placed on patient and family education regarding care plans.

This is an opportunity for candidates to provide quality care in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

All candidates must comply with requirements related to the COVID-19 vaccine.
