The Executive Assistant contributes to the rhythm of the company by supporting the CEO and leadership team with organized information, clear communication, and steady coordination across evolving priorities. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys being at the center of a fast-paced environment and naturally brings order and clarity to complex workflows.
Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic partner for our CEO and executive team
- Strengthen communication flow by preparing summaries, drafting correspondence, and ensuring the right context reaches the right people at the right time
- Build and manage our "executive operating system"-the cadence and rhythm of the business, including meeting agendas, action item tracking, and follow-ups
- Plan and execute high-stakes meetings, including board meetings, investor check-ins, leadership offsites, and company all-hands
- Support travel planning, major events, and external engagements to ensure seamless execution and strong representation of the company
- Develop lightweight systems and processes that improve organization, visibility, and clarity for the CEO and leadership team
Basic Qualifications :
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executivesExcellent teamwork and communication skillsLearns new concepts rapidly, completely, and in a self-directed mannerHigh levels of self-motivation and personal accountabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment under significant time constraintsMastery of modern productivity and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretionPreferred Skills and Experience :
Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments, ideally within high-growth startups or similarly dynamic organizationsExperience at a venture-backed early-stage startup companyProven ability to be proactive, predictive, and "one step ahead" of executive needsExperience planning and executing board meetings and company-wide eventsITAR Requirements :
