• Oversee daily operations in the Cardiac Cath Lab, focusing on patient scheduling, care management, and resource allocation while adhering to JCAHO, federal, and state regulations.
• Engage in direct patient care when necessary, dedicating remaining time to leadership roles and scheduling tasks.
• Collaborate with fellow leaders to optimize staff and resources for both scheduled and emergency angiographic procedures.
• Serve as a vital resource for Cath Lab staff, fostering teamwork and ensuring top-tier patient care.
• Maintain communication with physicians and hospital staff, always prioritizing patient care.
• Assist leadership in ensuring competent staffing and supporting overall patient care, quality improvement, and equipment maintenance.
