Inside Sales Account Manager
The Inside Sales Account Manager works with a team of individuals to obtain our organizational goals, maintain key customer relationships, and identify business opportunities in current market conditions through collaborative opportunities with our Patient Monitoring, General Care and Medical Consumable Solutions team. Your role includes acting as the point of contact, handling customers individual needs, and providing quotes while generating new business using existing and potential customer networks. Identify and advance sales opportunities while working with sales leaders and account teams to continuously increase prospect funnel. Use data analytics to contribute to territory planning / coverage. Maintain and upsell within established accounts. Reach out to incoming leads to discuss the nature of their business via phone / email and discuss how our POS solution may benefit their business. Achieve specific metrics related to funnel velocity, opportunity advancement and territory growth. Participate in customer site visits for walk throughs, product demonstrations and training, go-lives, etc. Must be able to travel to customer sites up to 15%.
You're the right fit if you've acquired 2+ years of experience in inside sales, field sales, customer service or related field. Experience selling medical devices, service agreements, consumables and / or any healthcare selling experience, preferred. Your skills include excellent communication, listening, presentation, strong PC skills (MS project, Office and Outlook) and closing skills. You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or 6+ years of experience. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations. This is a field role.

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $90,500 to $101,000, annually. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia are the preferred locations.
