ROLE :
AudioCityUSA is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to qualify inbound leads and generate pipeline for our sales team. We are looking for an individual who is highly competitive, driven, and motivated to grow quickly in their sales career.
As our first full-time SDR, you will play a key role in shaping the processes for this new position and contribute significantly to our mission of relentlessly setting and raising the standards in the aftermarket wheels and tires industry.
The ideal candidate values fast learning, growth, and career advancement. Success in this role requires genuine enjoyment of hard challenges and an internal drive to exceed monthly sales quotas. Adaptability to the fast-paced changes of a growing company is essential.
HOURS :
- 9 am - 5 pm PT
- This role requires the SDR to work out of our Santa Fe Springs, CA office 5 days a week.
SALARY :
Starting base salary of $40k plus uncapped commissionFirst year earnings range from $50k - $65kGROWTH TRAJECTORY :
Senior SDR : Eligible for promotion after 6 months as Junior SDRSDR Lead : Eligible for promotion after 6 months as Senior SDRSales Rep : Eligible for promotion after 8 months as SDR leadRESPONSIBILITIES :
Connect with and qualify a high volume of inbound leads via phone and emailRe-engage and qualify lost / abandoned opportunitiesGenerate qualified opportunities for Sales RepsMaintain clean lead and deal pipelines, ensuring no lead goes unworked and no deal goes staleReligiously document both lead and deal progress in HubspotRegularly follow up with Sales Reps on deal progressConsistently achieve monthly quotas by hitting call, email, and qualified opportunity targetsRegularly provide constructive feedback to manager on the effectiveness, challenges, and progress of the SDR roleContinually develop knowledge of our ideal customerContinually develop knowledge of wheels, tires, fitment, and our financing programsDevelop sales and leadership skills for the next roleHOW YOU WILL BE MEASURED :
