Other services include Dentistry, Optometry, Behavioral Health, HIV services, Lab, Radiology, Urgent care and other selected medical specialties.

Outpatient only

1 hour initial evaluations, 30 minute follow up / med check

Support staff : NP, RN, MA, front desk, Office manager
