The Commercial Service Technician will install, maintain, diagnose and repair commercial HVAC / R equipment and assist the plumbing and controls department as needed.Be available to work nights and weekends as needed and be on-call on a rotating basis to service customers' emergency needs.Maintain company vehicleMaintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicleDiagnose service issues, obtain replacement parts, calibrate the system to the manufacturer’s recommendations, and explain fully to the customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct the problemParticipate in company / industry-provided training and eventsIdentify and report to dispatch potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, additional services)Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisorMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresFor additional information on this opportunity please apply directly to carlene.maingogpac
