The Opportunity :

• Collaborative team of 5 BC physicians and 12+ APPs.
• Practice at one primary location, in a modern, dynamic environment, no inpatient, weekends or call.
• Autonomy and flexibility to design your own schedule, including a 4‑day work week, and tailor your caseload with general dermatology, cosmetics, and even MOHS if desired.
• Competitive compensation and benefits package : $400k Base salary plus uncapped productivity incentive on wRVU model, up to $200k package for sign‑on, relocation and / or student loan repayment, annual APP supervision stipend, 401k match, malpractice with tail, CME, health / dental / vision, Unlimited PTO.
• Extensive resources, technology advances and support available including : one of the top specialty‑specific EHR / EMRs, the use of AI for biologic approvals, phones and scribing, support staff including MAs per provider based on demand and volume, dedicated billing specialists, and more, to ensure providers can focus on efficiency, patient care, work‑life balance, and avoid burnout.
• Future strategic growth plans include an additional Medspa, another state‑of‑the‑art MOHS surgery center, and a new office location.
