We are searching for a talented Wound Care Assistant

Hours : 24 flex 32hrs

Shift : Day shift, 7 : 45am - 4 : 30pm

Location : St. Luke's Hospital - New Bedford, MA

• Current certification in one of the following : Nursing Assistant / Aide or Medical Assistant is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• A minimum of one (1) year work experience in healthcare setting or related medical office or clinic practice is preferred.
• National third- party certification is required for medical assistants within 13 months of hire.

Position repots to Manager, Wound Care Center or designee. Perform a variety of clinic duties related to providing assistance to nursing staff in carrying out wound care treatments and medical office tasks related to ongoing department functions.

Compensation : Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
