Job descriptionPaid Time Off Comprehensive health benefits Flexible Spending Accounts Family support programs Retirement plans with employer matching Educational assistance programs Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts Every third weekend Holiday rotation Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000 Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200 RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 Post-operative patients following craniotomies and spine surgeries Patients in our Comprehensive Stroke Program High-volume cervical and spinal surgery patients Delivering evidence-based nursing care using the nursing process Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care Actively participating in creating positive patient experiences Join a supportive team culture that values collaboration Engage in continuous learning and patient-centered care Conduct patient assessments to inform individualized care plans Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed Facilitate safe patient discharge planning Implement safety practices and promote a culture of safety Registered Nurse license for practice in your state Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Completion of an accredited nursing program Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to recognize and respond to patient needs swiftly Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient with electronic medical record systems Ability to lift and carry patients as necessary Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
