LOCATION : Golden Valley, Minnesota (hybrid work option available, must be based locally)
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm

Hiring Pay Range : $80,000 - $105,000

Summary
The Inspection Manager is the primary contact for all PCNA inspections at Bigos Management properties. This position schedules, coordinates, and communicates with the various organizations that need to complete inspections. The primary function of this role is to be on property completing inspections, identifying capital needs, and developing long-range capital funding schedules to support asset strategies and annual capital budgets. Assist or conduct any other inspection or audit that may arise

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years progressive multi-family housing experience
Experience completing inspections and compiling reports of findings for review
Experience in working with different organizations and vendors in scheduling inspections
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi
Previous experience conducting audits with multi-sites
Previous REAC experience strongly preferred
Skills and Abilities :
Fluent in English and skilled in oral and written communication
Ability to use tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous manner when dealing with co-workers and the public
Decision-making, problem solving, and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with self-direction
Attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation and valid state driver's license and proof of insurance as travel between sites is required
Knowledge of building and structural components
Physical Demands :
Must be able to quickly and easily navigate the property / building as required to meet the job functions, including climbing stairs and walking the hallways and common areas up to 75% of the time.
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions; strength to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed material and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in-person and over the telephone.
