Guaranteed Salary : $800,000for the first 12 months, with significant earning potential well beyond thatmany of our doctors consistently exceed their guarantee and reach the 90th percentile and beyond.

Productivity-Based Compensation : Competitive model plus call pay, with additional quality bonuses of up to 2.5% on your guarantee and 5%+ in value-based bonuses.

Sign-On Bonus : $50,000 to help you get started.

Vacation & Time Off : Enjoy five weeks of vacation, one week for CME (Continuing Medical Education), and six holidays.

Efficient Workload : With 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient responsibilities, plus the support of a GI Hospitalist for inpatient coverage, youll have a well-balanced schedule that lets you enjoy your life outside of work.

We would be excited to consider all candidates and would especially welcome applicants with experience in performing advanced procedures, such as ERCP and EUS.

Call Coverage : A manageable 1 : 7 weekend rotation with only 2-3 weekday calls per month.
