Job descriptionPosition will manage a busy 22 bed mixed ICU with a team of 80 FTE's including two Assistant Nurse Managers, team of Charge Nurses and a dedicated Educator The ICU Director (RN) will be responsible for the operational leadership of the department, ensuring the highest level of patient safety and quality, mentoring and leading your team, and building positive and collaborative relationships across all levels Reports directly to a transformational and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer Outstanding full benefits package including choice of Medical / Dental / Vision plans, generous PTO program, short and long term disability, 403b match, tuition reimbursement, and MUCH more! Relocation assistance will be offered to the successful candidate Very supportive senior leadership team that loves mentoring and growing its leaders Master's degree required (if Master's degree not in Nursing, must have BSN) At least two (2) years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care hospital setting At least five (5) years of nursing experience in acute care Visible and approachable leadership
