About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP OCM Lead to guide the change management strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP transformation program within the Life Sciences sector. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can engage with executive stakeholders, build adoption plans, and lead end-to-end change initiatives in alignment with business transformation goals through 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the change management strategy for SAP transformation initiatives (S / 4HANA, MES, Workday, Concur, Procurement).
- Partner closely with business leadership and project teams to align transformation objectives with adoption outcomes.
- Oversee stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, and readiness planning across multiple global functions.
- Design and manage the communication, training, and enablement framework for system rollout.
- Serve as the main OCM liaison between business and IT to ensure alignment and commitment.
- Track change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed throughout deployment phases.
- Mentor and manage junior change management consultants.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management within large-scale SAP programs (preferably in Life Sciences).Proven record in leading global transformation programs with complex stakeholder networks.Deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA and related systems (MES, Workday, Concur, Procurement).Excellent communication and executive facilitation skills.Experience with regulated environments (GxP) and validated systems.Ability to influence and drive change across technical and business domains.Nice-to-Have Skills
Certification in Prosci or similar change methodology.Experience working within pharma / biotech organizations or FDA-regulated environments.Background in training strategy and enablement.
