Position Title : Travel Registered Nurse - Special Procedures

Location : Canton GA

Job Type : Contract Travel

Shift : Days (8x4)

Duration : 13-Week Assignment

Pay Rate : $60 to $65 / hr

Weekly Pay : $1920 to $2080 / week

Position Overview :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse - Special Procedures for an exciting Travel job in Canton GA .

Key Responsibilities :

Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients undergoing radiology and interventional procedures

Administer IV sedation and monitor patient responses throughout imaging and procedural interventions

Collaborate closely with radiologists technologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care

Maintain high-level procedural readiness including preparation of equipment medications and patient education

Perform pre-procedure assessments and post-procedure evaluations ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care

Respond quickly to emergent situations using advanced critical-care nursing skills

Follow all hospital and departmental protocols related to safety infection control and procedural standards

Meet winter holiday requirements : work 1 major holiday (Christmas Day or New Years Day) and 1 minor holiday (Christmas Eve or New Years Eve)

Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years of specialty experience

Experience in Interventional Radiology ICU ER or PACU

ACLS certification

BLS certification

Proficiency with moderate / IV sedation

Strong critical-thinking and communication skills

Must be eligible for travel; no locals within 50 miles
