We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapeutic services across inpatient and outpatient adult settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive SLP evaluations for adult patients in both inpatient and outpatient settingsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needsProvide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapyDocument patient progress accurately and in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, PT / OT teams, and other care providersEducate patients and families on treatment plans and home strategiesAssist with home health care visits as neededMaintain compliance with facility standards and regulatory guidelinesRequirements :
