About You : Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is able to work under guided supervision to complete time-sensitive tasks. You must have outstanding communication and customer service orientation, able to apply analysis, new / customized approaches, and complex problem solving skills to support our team and customers.
Essential Functions :
SERVICE COORDINATION
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on service and documentation
- Interpret records and verify test data, comparing to known standards and criteria
- Properly label and assure completion of documentation and certifications as required
- Assist in the preparation of individual proposals and quotations
- Work with manager to establish departmental goals and accountabilities
- Ensure that all product shipping to customers meet customer requirements
- Evaluate and coordinate customer requirements; including installation location and facility requirements
- Act as point of contact and provide technical support to customers and potential customers
- Assure customer specifications and inspection records are properly maintained
- Participate in various engineering and troubleshooting projects
ADMINISTRATIVE
Interact with clients, vendors and visitorsPrepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiriesTrains staff in work and safety procedures, and in the operation of equipment and supplies; implements procedures and standardsMaintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetingsSupervises equipment maintenance and calibration status to minimize down-timeMay conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to OfficersSet up and coordinate meetings and conferencesSign for and distribute UPS / FedEx or similarly delivered packages; prepare and track outgoing shipmentsField unassigned calls : capture customer information, assist, and assign to appropriate person or department as neededOTHER
