Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our overnight team in a cold storage facility on the east side of Indianapolis. If you’re comfortable working in a cold environment and want a stable opportunity with consistent hours, this role is for you!

Location : East Side of Indianapolis

Schedule : Wednesday–Sunday, 6 : 00 PM – 5 : 00 AM

Pay Rate : $18 / hour

Work Environment : Cold storage facility (30°ree;F)

Job Summary :

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for handling, organizing, and moving product throughout a temperature-controlled warehouse. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Pick, pack, and organize product accurately for shipment

Load and unload trucks as needed

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a cold storage environment

Follow all company procedures, including food safety and GMP guidelines

Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily goals

What You’ll Need :

Ability to work in a cold environment (30°ree;F) for extended periods

Dependability and strong attendance

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for the majority of your shift

Willingness to work overnight and weekends (Wednesday–Sunday, 6 PM–5 AM)

Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
