Job Description Details :

As a Business Process Analyst / Project Manager you are responsible for interfacing with clients for functional requirements management and business process analysis and improvement. You will also manage mid-size projects / initiatives or co-ordinate with program managers to support large complex programs.

Minimum Experience Required :

8-10 YEARS

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Requirements management and analysis.
• Business process analysis documentation and mapping.
• Process improvement and solution building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication. Must be able to prepare presentations to share findings and ideas with senior client stakeholders.
• Interaction with external suppliers and help define a process improvement and product feature roadmap.
• Cross functional stakeholder co-ordination.
• Project management & co-ordination.
