What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients through personalized tax interviews in person or via virtual platforms including video, chat, and email.
  • Deliver thorough and precise tax return preparation services.
  • Drive business growth, enhance client loyalty, and promote additional services.
  • Assist clients with IRS inquiries and support.
  • Mentor team members, sharing your expertise and guidance.
  • Complete the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment to validate your skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
  • CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required.
  • Proven experience in managing complex tax returns, including individual, trust, and partnership filings.
  • Minimum of 5 years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax fields.
  • Skilled in conducting virtual tax interviews.
  • Knowledge in tax planning and audit support.
  • Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
  • Must fulfill IRS and state requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required in addition to advanced education.

    Pay Range

    $11.00 - $80.00 / hr.
