Job description$18.00 per hour for full-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour. $16.50 per hour for part-time employees after the completion of a 90-day introductory period, with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour. Schedule : Work anywhere from 8 to 40 hours a week! This includes working at least every other Saturday and Sunday. Plus, fill-in and holidays. 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, 3 : 00 PM to 10 : 00 PM, or other short shifts, including 12 : 00 PM to 4 : 00 PM or 4 : 00 PM to 8 : 00 PM Job Duties and Responsibilities : Provide direct care for others in an individualized and meaningful way. Assist in personal cares. Engage in community activities, i.e., bowling, shopping, watching a movie or exercising. Complete daily direct care such as bathing, toileting, feeding, and dressing. Complete household chores such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Maintain HIPAA Compliance in all communications to HMC, whether written or verbal, external and internal. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or general education degree. Willingness to learn. Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
