On-Call, Substitute and Temp Therapeutic Aide starting September 2025 - Baltimore, MD

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a part-time on-call substitute School Based Therapeutic Aide. Are you passionate about helping all students reach their potential? Position Highlights :

• Flexible Scheduling : Minimum commitment of 6 days per month
• Availability : Must be able to work during regular school hours and report to different school sites as needed
• Unlimited Earning Potential : No cap on the number of days you can work each month
• Competitive Pay : We offer a very competitive hourly rate

Therapeutic Aide Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
