Graham Technologies is seeking a Management Analyst to support our customer(s). The selected candidate will bridge business needs with technical execution to ensure efficient software development and project success. Focuses on aligning software projects with organizational strategy

Location : Lakewood, CO

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze organizational needs to align development efforts with strategic goals.
• Identify inefficiencies in software development processes; recommend improvements.
• Evaluate project performance, productivity, and system effectiveness using data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine software requirements.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Serve as Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer (RTE) within SAFe environments.
• Document workflows, technical processes, and project methodologies.
• Assist in implementing agile practices and compliance standards (e.g., CMMI, GDPR).
• Use tools such as ServiceNow ITSM / SPM and Rally to support transparency and efficiency.
• Support agile transformations and advocate continuous improvement in development practices.
