Nurse Practitioner (General Practice)

Four Squared Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our clients General Practice / Primary Care team in Lake Mary, Florida . The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families across all age groups, focusing on prevention, wellness, and the management of chronic and acute conditions.

Employment Type : Full-time

Schedule : MondayFriday 9 : 00 a.m.5 : 00 p.m.

As an integral part of our care team, the NP will deliver high-quality clinical services while fostering long-term patient relationships and promoting community health.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses such as hypertension, general, diabetes, COPD, asthma, and thyroid disorders.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within state scope of practice.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and medication adherence.
• Perform routine in-office procedures (e.g., joint injections, immunizations, pap smears, wound care).
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and health promotion programs.
