We are currently searching for a Laundry Attendant for Baymont by Wyndham of Wellington KS. (Hiring for multiple shifts)

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for cleaning assigned areas. Provides Room Attendants with supplies picks up soiled linen and trash moves or adds furniture as requested.

Maintains the quality of washed dried and folded room and table linen by following prescribed methods and procedures for sorting washing drying folding and storing operations.

Informs the Executive Housekeeper of any deviations from the prescribed methods and procedures regarding the receipt of soiled linen from the Rooms or Food Departments.

Maintains the proper supply of cleaning materials.

Cleans the dryer filters and washer drain filters.

Keeps the laundry area clean and orderly at all times.

Stores and stocks room linen as instructed.

Reports any laundry equipment malfunctions promptly to the Executive Housekeeper.

Maintains a clean pleasant and neat image.

Performs other duties as requested by the General Manager.
