Creative Traffic Manager

A company is looking for a Creative Traffic Manager for a contract position to support high-volume creative production needs for a major global event. Key Responsibilities Own the trafficking process for 15,000+ individual graphics assets related to the event Manage and maintain digital routing systems to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project timelines Coordinate the ongoing flow of work among studio and production teams, ensuring alignment on schedules and priorities Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in traffic / project management within an advertising, marketing, or creative environment Strong familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack; advanced user capabilities preferred Experience with online proofing and project management tools such as ProofHQ, ClickUp, or Asana Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments
