Licensed Practical Nurse (PT) 12-hr shifts AMPM

Claiborne Senior Living LLC is seeking a talented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Thibodaux Mississippi location. As an LPN you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to our residents. This is a full-time hourly position with a competitive compensation package.

Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record residents vital signs and health status
• Communicate with physicians residents and families regarding any changes in health or care plans
• Document all patient care and observations accurately and timely
• Assist with resident care plans care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care is being provided
• Act as a liaison between resident family and healthcare providers
• Provide emotional and psychological support to residents and their families
• Participate in continuing education and training to maintain nursing license and stay current on industry standards and best practices
