is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Critical Care Services (RN) to join an esteemed healthcare team in Margate, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in critical care, coupled with leadership experience, to oversee the operations, staff, and patient care within the Critical Care department.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards related to critical care.

Develop and manage budgets for the Critical Care department, ensuring resource allocation aligns with patient care needs and organizational goals.

Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement evidence-based interventions.

Develop and implement ongoing education and training programs for critical care staff.

Candidate requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field preferred.

5 years of clinical experience in critical care nursing, at least 3 years of leadership experience in a critical care setting, with demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.

ACLS, Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred.

Ability to think strategically and manage complex situations.

Proficiency in healthcare management software and data analysis.
