Analyst

Pl ease note : This position is located in Montoursville, PA. You will be required to be on site at least 3 days per week. We are a hybrid company.

As a Data Analyst on our team, you will dig deep into various datasets in order to discover new insights and trends. The best of these you will apply, building predictive models and other tools to support our clients' needs. You should be highly analytical and creative, applying critical thinking skills with a natural drive toward perfection. Proving theories and assisting key decision makers will keep your days new and exciting in the rapidly evolving advertising landscape.

In this role you are responsible for :

• Drawing inferences and conclusions, communicating the results in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
• Collaboration with technical and business teams to analyze data from various sources (in-house databases, third party data, and other sources).
• Complete analyses using multivariate regression, pivot tables and referencing.
• Cleaning, organizing and classifying data from several sources.
• Identifying problem areas and trends in order to prioritize, coordinate and / or develop improved procedures that have the most impact.

This role is expected to understand and use the latest technologies for analytics and visualization.
