Your Role :

• Strengthen the company's product positioning and image in the Private & Tender sectors.
• Provide effective support and resources to the Field Force Team.
• Understand and facilitate integration with other functions to achieve overall objectives.
• Managing new prescriptions and the positioning of Company's Cardio-Metabolic portfolio.
• Building up a strong foundation for the new products by promoting them to HCPs.
• Providing complete Performance Review and propose an effective action plan for assigned territory.
• Providing constructive feedback from assigned territory to the company and implement action plan accordingly.
• Participate in and cooperate in various scientific events and projects.
