Job descriptionOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and month-end close activities . Supervise and mentor accounting staff , providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Support consolidations, financial reporting, and audit preparation . Assist with process improvements and internal control enhancements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting or corporate environment preferred). Prior supervisory or team lead experience a plus. SAP or similar ERP system experience required. CPA or MBA preferred .
