Your Role on the Team

Position Summary :

Works to ensure all echocardiograms and vascular studies are performed to the accrediting body standard, ensuring patient safety and performing quality studies, call required.

What It Takes to be Successful

Required Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiology or cardiovascular technician.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer ARDMS- RDCS or CCI- RCS credentials. Second registry must be either as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or registered Pediatric echo sonographer via the registering bodies.
• New grads will be required to provide registered diagnostic sonographer credentials in 2 modalities.

Current American Heart Association BLS Certification

Minimum Experience : Minimum of two years working within cardiovascular department.
