A private, mobile wound care company seeking a dedicated, compassionate, reliable and detail-oriented Registered Nurse to join our Team. In this role you will perform clinical duties and caring for wound care patients in their homes. You must be willing to travel to patients' homes in Boston, MA.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist Nurse Practitioners (NPs) during patient visits in completing patient care and support duties.
• Perform in-home visits for wound care on site or at an SNF facility.
• Available for urgent calls and / or discussions regarding patient care.
• Input and sign patient assessments, documentation, and notes within 24 hours.
• Participate in weekly virtual continued education programs (as needed).
• Review wound progress on a weekly basis or as needed with Providers.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Working Hours : Monday – Friday : 9 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
