Role : Assistant Manager
As Assistant Manager, you will embody Lush’s Leadership Practices : Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, Adapt and Evolve, Grow Talent, and Live with Purpose.
You will support the Shop Manager in all business areas, taking on managerial duties as needed to ensure a great customer and staff experience, operational excellence, and sales growth.

Sales & Customer Experience :
Ensure exceptional customer service, exceeding sales goals and creating an inclusive environmentEducate customers and staff on our brand values and initiativesDeepen product knowledge and make informed recommendationsUnderstand business metrics to drive profitable resultsTeam Leadership :
Support and motivate your team on the sales floorDevelop talent through coaching and feedbackCommunicate needs and feedback effectivelyEngage your team with the brand’s purposeAssist in recruitment, staffing, and staff development, including DEIB initiativesOperational Excellence :
Support compliance with policies and proceduresAssist in stock management and merchandisingEnsure proper scheduling and staff wellbeingQualifications : Required :
1-3 years of supervisory retail experienceExcellent communication and listening skillsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsOrganizational and time management skillsCustomer service and sales expertiseInterest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical businessFlexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekendsPreferred :
