About the Role

The VP will be expected to lead a team of Product Managers and Product Marketing Strategists, fostering strong cross-functional partnerships to achieve market responsiveness and business impact. Key responsibilities include continuous market monitoring, guiding the full product lifecycle, driving revenue growth, and maintaining accountability for financial performance. Applicants for the VP of Portfolio Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, operations, or business leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a candidate with strong commercial and technical acumen, particularly in the areas of packaging machinery, automation, or industrial systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic thinking, lifecycle management, and operational discipline in dynamic markets.
