About the Role

Are you a detail-driven billing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment? Velociti, a leading provider of technology deployment services, is looking for a Billing Specialist to join our growing team at our Riverside, MO headquarters. In this mid-level role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial transactions, supporting operational excellence, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Accurately verify and process daily billing transactions and customer invoices.
• Manage billing schedules to meet tight monthly deadlines and processing goals.
• Generate and distribute account statements while resolving any discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and billing reports.
• Maintain digital and physical project folders with organized accuracy.
• Provide excellent service to both internal departments and external clients.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Sales, and Project Management to ensure billing accuracy.
• Identify and recommend improvements to billing processes and systems.
