Dominos Pizza is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team at our Belle Plaine location. As the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Manage daily restaurant operations including staffing inventory and quality control
• Implement and maintain food safety standards and operational procedures
• Analyze sales data and financial reports to optimize restaurant performance
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Oversee inventory management and cost control measures
• Recruit train and mentor staff members to build a skilled and motivated team
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive community relations
• Ensure compliance with company policies food safety regulations and local laws
