Position Overview

We're seeking a Leasing and Marketing Specialist to support our Colorado Region, based in Golden, CO. This role drives leasing performance, conducts market analysis, and supports property-level marketing initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue across an 7 property region in Colorado.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market surveys and recommend rental rates
• Support leasing teams through training and performance tracking
• Report leasing metrics to Regional Property Managers
• Assist with property marketing and digital advertising
• Collaborate with on-site teams to improve occupancy and resident engagement
