Senior Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that support strategic growth and technical evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs including infrastructure and cloud migrations

Drive alignment across departments by improving delivery practices and coordinating priorities with senior leadership

Build and maintain executive-level reporting, governance, and transparency of program health, risks, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs in healthcare, SaaS, or infrastructure environments

Deep knowledge of healthcare technologies and standards (HL7, DICOM, PACS, RIS)

Expertise in Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery frameworks; experience with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and ServiceNow

Strong technical foundation in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), infrastructure, and CI / CD pipelines

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe preferred
