As a Marketing Coordinator at Walker, you will :

• Plans, conducts, and coordinates a range of marketing support activities.
• Develops / maintains marketing information systems (Deltek and CRM)
• Provides support to deadline-driven proposal activities and general marketing correspondence to include resumes and project descriptions and responses to requests for proposals and qualifications.
• Works independently and / or with marketing coordinators and technical staff, such as project managers, graphic designers, and business development directors.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for the company's multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and consulting services.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing tasks, including developing presentations and marketing materials for events such as trade shows, conferences, seminars, and webinars.
• Provide general support to the marketing department.
• Performs other duties as requested.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, graphic design, or equivalent experience.
• Be able to think creatively and strategically and complete work in a team-based environment.
• Work independently and be self-motivated.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
