Territory Manager – Industrial Sales

Type : Full-Time

Salary Range : $70,000 – $90,000 base

Our client is hiring a Territory Manager to lead direct industrial sales within a defined territory in Cincinnati, OH. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on relationship-building, cold-calling, and managing their own mobile storefront. Candidates must live within the territory and be capable of operating independently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

This is a great opportunity for a mechanically inclined sales professional with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Candidates will manage customer accounts, grow new business, and serve as the primary contact for industrial hardware solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and door-to-door visits
• Perform face-to-face sales presentations and product demos using mobile showroom
• Maintain accurate records of customer contact information and sales activity
• Manage territory independently, including maintaining a company-branded vehicle (provided by employee)
• Submit daily reports on sales orders and outreach efforts
• Serve existing customers with consistency, accuracy, and professionalism
• Participate in professional development to build product knowledge and sales skills
• Keep mobile store organized, clean, and operational
