• Duration : Ongoing assignment
• Shift Schedule : 10-14 shifts per month, with 5-7 consecutive day shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Coverage : Inpatient-focused, scheduled clinical hours, plus in-house call
• Patients per Shift : Average of 15 patients
• Bed Capacity : 12 beds in the Emergency Department
