Early Intervention Developmental Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings assessments child groups parent groups center visits and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers medical providers social service agencies and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing / vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development monitoring and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
